About modification and amendments in the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Remove words of part 7 of article 123.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) "or after deprivation of the license or the termination of term of the insert of the license for the organization of passenger transportations in the Republic of Armenia by automobile taxi car".

Article 3. In article 137 of the Code:
