Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of providing effective solution of the questions of financing following from the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 25, 2014 No. 287 "About some measures connected with the second stage of operation of the gas-condensate Shakhdeniz field and other projects on creation of the Southern gas corridor" and in view of the financial mechanisms established by the State Commission created based on the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 29, 2013 No. 15 "About the measures connected with transportation of the Azerbaijani natural gas on the world market along the Southern gas corridor" according to participation of Private company in projects on full-scale development of the gas-condensate Shakhdeniz field, expansion of the South Caucasian pipeline (SCP) project implementations of the Transanatoliysky pipeline (TANAP) and the Transadriatic pipeline (TAP) (further - "Projects of the Southern gas corridor", for the purpose of ensuring activities of the Southern gas corridor generally hereinafter are referred to as, I decide:
1. Bring the authorized capital of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic to 1,528,000,000 (one billion five hundred twenty eight million) manats having increased it by 928,000,000 (nine hundred twenty eight million) manats.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and the State oil fund of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the financing issues provided by 1 part of this Decree.
