About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 1-4, 1), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:
1. Part (2) Article 2 to recognize invalid.
2. Part (1-1) Articles 87 to state in the following edition:
"(1-1) Content and procedure for submission of the annual financial reporting are provided by the regulations in the field of financial accounting approved by the Ministry of Finance, and content and procedure for submission of the specific reporting are provided by regulations of the National commission on the financial market.".
3. Part (Article 91 to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) Society opens information on the activities according to this law, the Law on the capital market and regulations of the National commission on the financial market.".
Art. II. – In Item i) article 8 of the Law No. 192/1998 on the National commission on the financial market (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS), with subsequent changes and amendments to exclude the words "together with the Ministry of Finance".
Art. III. – Part (4) article 11 of the Law No. 113/2007 on financial accounting (repeated publication: 2014, 61), with subsequent changes and amendments to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 27-34, in the following edition:
(The Central industry bodies of public management, bodies of local public authority, and also other bodies authorized by the law can request 4) in addition to the requirements provided in accounting standards, specific reports for particular purposes. The form, procedure for creation and submission of such reports are developed by the bodies specified in this part and affirm together with the Ministry of Finance.
