Bring in the Procedure for preparation, assessment and selection of investing programs and projects of regional development which can be implemented at the expense of means of the state Regional Development Fund, No. 196 "Some questions of the state Regional Development Fund" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2015 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 30, by the Art. 886, No. 58, of Art. 1899; 2016, No. 87, the Art. 2849), changes which are applied.

1. To add Item 3 after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The list of the tasks determined by the State strategy of regional development for the period till 2020 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2014 No. 385 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 70, the Art. 1966), including on development of sports infrastructure, energy efficiency of the public and utility educational and medical institutions;".
With respect thereto third - the seventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth the eighth.
