1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2013 No. 14 "About some questions of implementation by the tax authorities of ministerial procedures, establishment of forms of some documents and recognition which voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.06. 2013, 8/27592; 22:05. 2014, 8/28676; 31.01. 2015, 8/29535; 08:10. 2016, 8/31317) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 1:
in subitem 1.2 of the word "certified" and "diplomatic" to replace respectively with words "attested" and "diplomatic representations";
exclude subitem 1.5;
in subitem 1.6 of the word "not living in the territory" shall be replaced with words "living beyond limits";
exclude subitem 1.10:
to exclude from subitem 1.11 of the word "and the certificate of entrepreneurial incomes of the individual entrepreneur-the income tax payer";
in the subitem 1.19 of figure "1.5-1.14" shall be replaced with words "1.6-1.9 and 1.11-1.14";
1.2. to exclude appendices 3 and 8 to this resolution;
