According to Article 5 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 to No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 389 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with regulations of the legislation of Ukraine I order:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of November 15, 2001 No. 485 "About approval of Rules of safe operation of the heatmechanical equipment of power plants and thermal networks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 3, 2001 on No. 1002/6193.
2. To provide to legal department (E.Tulin) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of V. Ivankevich.
