"Article 424-5. Evasion from payment of funds for content of children or disabled parents

1. Evasion of parents from payment of funds for content of minors, and equally full age disabled children, and also full age able-bodied children - from payment of funds for content of disabled parents by a court decision or to notarially certified agreement on payment of the alimony without the reasonable reasons of two months and more - attracts imposing of penalty in the amount up to one size of basic size or administrative detention for a period of up to ten days.

2. Repeated making of the offenses provided by part one of this Article within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment - attracts imposing of penalty in the amount up to three sizes of basic size or administrative detention for a period of up to fifteen days.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
