1. In Article 6:

the staff of diplomatic representations, consular establishments of foreign states, and also representative offices of the international organizations accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan;

the foreign staff of the scientific, educational and cultural institutions created according to the legislation and international treaties of Turkmenistan

and also official representatives of the international humanitarian and charitable organizations;

journalists of the foreign mass media accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan;
