About modification of the Procedure for write-off of objects of state-owned property

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for write-off of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2007 No. 1314 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 86, Art. 3168; 2009, No. 87, Art. 2940; 2011, No. 35, Art. 1451; 2012, No. 99, the Art. 4016), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for write-off of objects of state-owned property

1. In paragraph one of item 4 of the word "and is not subject to recovery" to exclude.

2. In Item 5:

The paragraph third to state 1) in the following edition:

"The decision on provision of consent to write-off of real estate, objects of construction in progress (incomplete capital investments into non-current tangible assets) is accepted by the subject of management only in coordination with state body of privatization on the location of the subject of managing.";
