About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on September 10, 2008

Article 1. ZR-97 "About television and radio" of October 9, 2000 to add article 59 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new part of the following content:

"Till July 20, 2010 competitions on licensing of TV and radio broadcasting are not announced. Those TV companies which term of the license expires till January 21, 2011 can submit the request for prolongation of effective period of the license to the National commission. The validity of the license is extended for the declared term, but no more, than till January 21, 2011.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
