"In 2017-2018 accomplishment of the state order on advanced training of government employees and officials of local self-government of the National agency concerning public service is performed by educational institutions which are in the field of management of the National agency concerning public service, the Ministry of social policy, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, Public service of financial monitoring, Public administration of cases and National academy of pedagogical sciences, out of the competition.".
