1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of December 2, 2013 No. 882 "About assignment of functions of the operator of the Single gas-transport system of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice on December 6, 2013 at No. 2075/24607.
2. To department of oil and gas complex of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine (Lisnichenko A. P.) provide:
submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
