In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine of 18.05.2004 N 1721-IV "About introduction of amendments to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About transit of loads" and for the purpose of simplification of customs procedures when moving goods through customs border of Ukraine, harmonization of technologies of customs control with appropriate technologies of the European states I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of control of delivery in customs of purpose of goods in transit which moves through the territory of Ukraine on the terms of the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of the international road delivery (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to bring the Procedure to permission of staff and to organize its steady observance by officials of customs authorities, to inform on requirements of the Procedure for subjects of foreign economic activity by placement of its text at naochny stands at automobile check points through frontier of Ukraine.
3. To legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) and (Malnov V. S.) to provide to Department of the organization of customs control provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
