1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of February 25, 2004 No. 112 "About approval of the Regulations on accounting treatment for amounts of disbalance of natural gas in gas distribution networks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 3, 2004 at No. 287/8886 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of oil and gas complex of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine (A. Lisnichenko):

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
