About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2015 No. 504
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2015 No. 504 "About approval of the Procedure for preliminary approval of the prices in controlled transactions by results of which the agreements having unilateral, bilateral and multilateral nature for the purposes of transfer pricing are signed" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 59, the Art. 1941) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective in ten days from the date of its publication.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2017 No. 194
1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "approval of the prices" shall be replaced with words "pricing approvals".
2. According to the procedure of preliminary approval of the prices in controlled transactions by results of which agreements are signed, having unilateral, bilateral and multilateral nature, for the purposes of transfer pricing, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in the name of the Procedure for the word of "approval of the prices" shall be replaced with words "pricing approvals";
