In the Law on natives of the third states obliged to have the visa, and natives of the third states exempted from obligation to have the visa when crossing frontier of the Republic of Moldova No. 257/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 1-3, 2), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following change and addition:
1. In Item of 1 appendix of 1 line item "Bosnia and Herzegovina *", "the Republic Serbia *" and United Arab Emirates to exclude.
2. In Item 1 of appendix 2:
after line item Kingdom of Belgium to add Item with line item Bosnia and Herzegovina;
after line item Romania to add Item with line item "Republic Serbia";
after line item Ukraine to add Item with line item United Arab Emirates.
