About amendment of appendix No. 1 to the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of March 14, 2014.
Based on the item c) parts (1) Article 133 and part (4) article 190 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of 8.02.2007) and in connection with the changes made by the Law on modification and amendments to some legal acts No. 138 of 17.06.2016 (Monitorul Oficial No. 184-192 of 1.07.2016), concerning the Section VI-1 of the Tax code, I ORDER:
1. Appendix No. 1 to the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of 14.03.2014 to add with new line of the following content:
