Article 1. Bring in article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 20, 2008 "About bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 183; 2011, No. 6, Art. 457; 2013, No. 7, Art. 513, No. 12, Art. 886; 2014, No. 11, Art. 654; 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 701; 2016, No. 3, Art. 138) following change and amendment:
- in part two of the word "there can be citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan knowing state language capable on the personal and business qualities" shall be replaced with words "there can to be person who is only the citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, knowing state language capable on the personal and business qualities";
- the first offer of part six after the word "is forbidden" to be added with the words "have nationality of other state, and also".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
