In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About creation of State commission of the Azerbaijan Republic on radio frequencies" of August 15, 1996 No. 484 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 11, Article 969) to exclude words from part 4", homeland security", after the word of "ministries" to add the word to this part", Services of state security of the Azerbaijan Republic".
3. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About safety export oil and gas pipelines" of April 15, 2002 No. 685 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 4, (the book II), Article 183; 2005, No. 4, Article 300; 2006, No. 11, Article 944; 2014, No. 2, Article 112, No. 9, Article 1027) to make the following changes:
3.1. regarding 1 word "Ali Nagiyev Is the Deputy Minister of Homeland Security of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "Ismail Bagirov is the deputy chief of Service of state security of the Azerbaijan Republic";
3.2. in parts 3 and 4 of the word to "The ministry of homeland security" shall be replaced with words to "Service of state security".
