requirements to samples of federal special brands;
report form about use of the issued federal special brands.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.09.2018 No. 1140

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 11, 2003 No. 212 "About marking of alcoholic products federal special brands of new sample" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 16, the Art. 1528)
5. Recognize voided since January 1, 2015 paragraphs the fourth - the fifth Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2005 as No. 785 "About marking of alcoholic products federal special brands".
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for paragraph two of the subitem "b" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2015.

1. In the subitem "v" of Item 3 of the word "1300 rubles" shall be replaced with words "1600 rubles".
2. To add item 4 after paragraph one with the paragraph of the following content:

3. In the Rules of marking of alcoholic products federal special brands approved by the specified resolution:
a) in Item 2 of the word "and the data carriers confirming fixing of data on the marked alcoholic products in unified information system" to exclude;
b) in Item 3:
paragraphs two - the twelfth to recognize invalid;
add with paragraphs of the following content:
"with text "Hard alcoholic drinks" - on alcoholic products with content of ethyl alcohol from 25 percent of amount of finished goods, including alcoholic beverage products and cognacs, except for vodka;
with text "Vodka" - on vodka with content of ethyl alcohol from 38 percent to 56 percent of amount of finished goods inclusive;
with text "Alcoholic drinks over 9 to 25%" - on alcoholic products with content of ethyl alcohol from 9 percent to 25 percent of amount of finished goods inclusive, in particular on alcoholic beverage products and other drinks with content of ethyl alcohol from 9 percent to 25 percent inclusive, except for grape wines, fruit wines, liqueur wines, sparkling wines (champagne), wine drinks;
with text "Grape wines" - on wine with content of ethyl alcohol from percent 4,5 to 16,5 of percent of amount of finished goods inclusive, except for fruit wines, liqueur wines, sparkling wines (champagne) and wine drinks;
with text "Sparkling wines (champagnes)" - on sparkling wine (sparkling) with content of ethyl alcohol to 15 percent of amount of finished goods inclusive;
with text "Liqueur wines" - on liqueur wine with content of ethyl alcohol from 15 percent to 22 percent of amount of finished goods inclusive;
with text "Fruit wines" - on fruit wine with content of ethyl alcohol from 6 percent to 15 percent of amount of finished goods inclusive;
with text "Wine drinks" - on wine drink with content of ethyl alcohol from percent 1,5 to 22 percent of amount of finished goods inclusive.
Federal special brands with text "Hard alcoholic drinks", "Vodka" shall be put:
with text "to l 0,5" - on alcoholic products which amount in consumer pack makes from liter 0,25 to liter 0,5 inclusive;
with text "to l 0,75" - on alcoholic products which amount in consumer pack makes from liter 0,5 to liter 0,75 inclusive;
with text "to 1 l" - on alcoholic products which amount in consumer pack makes from liter 0,75 up to 1 liter inclusive;
with text "over 1 l" - on alcoholic products which amount in consumer pack makes over 1 liter.
Federal special brands with text "Grape wines", "Sparkling wines (champagnes)", "Liqueur wines", "Fruit wines" and "Wine drinks" shall be put:
with text "to l 0,375" - on alcoholic products which amount in consumer pack makes to liter 0,375 inclusive;
with text "to l 0,75" - on alcoholic products which amount in consumer pack makes from liter 0,375 to liter 0,75 inclusive;
