About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 12, 2011 No. 15

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 12, 2011 No. 15 "About approval of lists of waste and scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals which transactions on delivery, in particular transactions on import, temporarily, till January 1, 2017, are exempted from taxation on value added" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 2, by Art. 112; 2012, No. 3, Art. 93; 2014, No. 16, Art. 484; 2015, No. 26, Art. 750) following changes:
in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of figure and the word "January 1, 2017" to replace with figures and the word "January 1, 2019";
in the name of appendix 1 and 2 to the resolution of figure and the word "January 1, 2017" to replace with figures and the word "January 1, 2019".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
