About entering of amendments into the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 158 of December 23, 2016 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2017"
For the purpose of amendments of procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget according to the changes brought in budget classification and in some legislative and regulations, which became effective in 2017 I ORDER:
In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 158 of December 23, 2016 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2017" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 478-490/2226) to make the following changes and additions.
1. Chapter 4 "Receipts in the government budget"
1.1. State Item 4.8 in the following edition:
"4.8. Collection is paid by the subject of the taxation with execution of the payment document in which identification number (VIN code) of the car or other conditional number of unmarked unit of the producer are without fail specified in purpose of payment."
1.2. Add with items 4. 19, 4.20, 4.21 and 4.22 in the following edition:
"4.19. Vignette (the ECO code 114638) is transferred into the government budget on the IBAN code: MD53TRGAAA11463801000000. The vignette is listed online by means of electronic payment service (MPay), as well as in all cash desks of JSC CB Moldova Agroindbank which have branches on check points of frontier, and also on all of territories of the country."
4.20. Penalties and sanctions for the offenses imposed for failure to pay vignette, arriving in the government budget (the ECO code 143112) are listed on the IBAN code: MD57TRGAAA14311201000000. On this IBAN code the penalties imposed by agents of the General inspectorate of police and Boundary police are listed".
