Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of immediate compensation to the official of customs authority in case of receipt of mutilation or other damage of the health excluding for it opportunity further to be engaged in professional activity, and also in case of his death (death) in connection with execution of service duties.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2003 No. 644 "About approval of Rules of payment of immediate compensation to family of the died (dead) or to his dependents (heirs) in case of death (death) of the official of customs authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with execution of service duties" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 28, the Art. 269).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
