About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 30, 5/29182; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.07. 2015, 5/40779; 07:01. 2016, 5/41529) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Regulations on the mode at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 1 part four:
the word", phytosanitary" to exclude;
add part with words ", phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision)";
in Item 2:
shall be replaced with words the words "also other types of control are carried out customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, phytosanitary" "also other types of control, phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) are carried out customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary";
the words "carrying-out customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, phytosanitary and other types of control" shall be replaced with words "carrying-out customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary and other types of control, phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision)";
in part one of Item 6 of the word "cars (motorcycles)" shall be replaced with words "motorcycles, cars";

in Item 9 part three:
