About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning establishment of first-priority requirements of energy efficiency for buildings, structures, constructions
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning establishment of first-priority requirements of energy efficiency for buildings, structures, constructions.
2. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation in 6-month time to approve criteria of availability of technical capability of installation of the equipment providing in system of internal heat supply of the building maintenance of the hydraulic mode, automatic control of consumption of heat energy in systems of heating and ventilation depending on change of temperature of outside air, preparation of hot water and maintenance of the set temperature in hot water supply is direct in the building.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018 and is applied to the relations which arose when commissioning buildings which permission for construction was got after its introduction in force.
