1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2013 No. 137 "About approval of Rules of forming by banks of the second level of dynamic reserve and establishment of the minimum size of dynamic reserve, the size of expected losses" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8591, the following change and the amendment published on September 6, 2013 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 134 (2509)):

in the Rules of forming by banks of the second level of dynamic reserve approved by the specified resolution (further - Rules):

the paragraph one of part one of Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"2. If other is not established in Item 2-3 of Rules, the size of dynamic reserve for the end of reporting quarter is calculated by the following formula:";

add with Item 2-3 of the following content:

"2-3. The size of dynamic reserve is determined as follows:

1) the dynamic reserve for the end of the first, second, third, fourth quarters 2014 is determined in the amount of dynamic reserve for the end of the fourth quarter 2013 estimated on formula according to Item 2 of Rules.
