About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" of April 14, 1999 to add the law of the Republic of Armenia with Article 33.1 of the following content:
"Article 33.1. The data on the beginning, the termination or the end of process of confiscation of subject of pledge provided to the state real estate register and their provision
1. According to the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia, the data on the beginning, the termination or the end of process of confiscation of subject of pledge provided by the pawnbroker to the state real estate register are reflected as a part of information of the legal register.
2. The state real estate register reflects the data specified regarding 1 this Article as a part of information of the legal register, and also provides the separate reference, according to the procedure established by articles 32 and 33 of this Law, in case of performing payment established by this Law of the corresponding payment.".
Article 2. To state the subitem 3 of Item 1 of article 41 of the Law in the following edition:
"3) in case of realization of the property which is in mortgage as a result of confiscation in the procedure established by Chapter 15 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia, including, sales at the public biddings or transfer to the pawnbroker by the property right,".
Article 3. Add the Law with Article 41.1 of the following content:
"Article 41.1. Features of state registration in the course of release of mortgage-backed securities based on the notice
1. In case of release of mortgage-backed securities based on the notice, the basis for initiation of production of state registration is the statement submitted in the procedure established by this Law issuing the securities provided with mortgage (or person having power to act on behalf of issuing).
