About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. "About licensing" of May 30, 2001 to state Item 3 of part 1 of article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-193 in the following edition:

"3) in case of such violations of requirements and conditions of the license during implementation of the activities which are subject to licensing which pose direct threat or risk for life or human health, or in case of gross violation of requirements of the legislation regulating requirements and conditions of this license, the activities which are subject to licensing.".

Article 2. In the Section "3. Health sector" parts 2 of article 43 of the Law:

1) to add Item 1 with letter "K" in column 8;

2) to add Item 2 with letter "O" in column 9.

Article 3. Section "3. Health sector" to add parts 2 of article 43 of the Law with Item 6 of the following content:

Article 4. This Law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
