About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for functioning of duty-free shops, I decide growths in volumes of realization of domestic goods in these shops:

1. In Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2015 No. 173 "About release from excises of separate types of goods" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.04.2015, 1/15763; 10:02. 1/16260) of figure "2015-2016" to replace 2016, with figures "2015-2017".

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2017.
