About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 193) the following changes and amendment:
1. In all text of the Law in state language to replace the word "apartment" in different case and numerical forms with the word "batir" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
2. In all text of the Law in state language to replace the word "kvartiraluu" with the word "batirluu".
3. Add Article 24 with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. The body performing state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it shall provide to the authorized bodies recording the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions, information on acquisition by citizens of the property right to premises or the parcel of land for construction of the individual apartment house according to the housing legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
4. State Article 38 in the following edition:
"Article 38. State registration of the right to the apartments and other rooms located in the buildings which are in common property
1. In the apartment houses consisting of residential and non-residential premises, each unit of real estate the identification number is assigned and on each unit the registration card and registration case are got.
2. Registration of the rights to residential and non-residential premises in the apartment house is made with obligatory entering into registration documents of data on the rights to share in common property of owners of residential and non-residential premises in the apartment house.
