Item 4 of the Regulations on preparation of federal rules of use of the airspace and federal aviation rules approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 27, 1998 No. 360 "About federal rules of use of airspace and federal aviation rules" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 14, Art. 1593; 2000, No. 17, Art. 1875; 2010, No. 28, Art. 3705; 2015, No. 49, of the Art. 6976) to add with words "and the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos.
2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 1999 No. 862 "About use of the state and experimental aircraft for commercial purposes" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 32, Art. 4085; 2000, No. 17, Art. 1875):
a) Item 1 after words of "executive authority" to add with words "and the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos;
b) in Item 5:
word in paragraph one to Russian Aviation and Space Agency shall be replaced with words to "Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation";
the subitem "an" after words of "executive authority" to add with words ", the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos;
the subitem "v" after words of "executive authority" to add with words "and the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos.
