In the subsections "In the Udmurt Republic" and "In the Bryansk, Kirov, Kurgan, Penza and Saratov Regions" of the Section "In the territory of Objects for Storage of Chemical Weapon and Objects for Destruction of Chemical Weapon" of the list of the officials allowed to visit of objects for storage of chemical weapon and objects for destruction of the chemical weapon approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 8, 1999 No. 143 "About procedure for visit of objects for storage of chemical weapon and objects for destruction of chemical weapon" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 7, Art. 919; No. 29, of the Art. 3735), "The chief state fire supervision inspector of the Russian Federation and its deputies" to state line item in the following edition:
"The director of the department of supervising activities and scheduled maintenance of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response - the chief state fire supervision inspector of the Russian Federation and its deputies".
