Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 9, 2014 No. 12 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning transportation of heavy loads across highways of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 3, the Art. 281).

2. In changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning transportation of the heavy loads across highways of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:
a) state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 16, 2009 No. 934 "About indemnification, caused by the vehicles transporting heavy loads on highways of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 47, Art. 5673; 2011, No. 17, Art. 2415):
a) in Rules of the indemnification caused by the vehicles transporting the heavy loads approved by the specified resolution:
