For the purpose of creation of new floor spaces for opening of new workplaces in the country, monthly over 120 tons of sugar beet for satisfaction of demand for sugar, in view of offers of the Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of taxes, the Ministry of Agriculture and State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides encouragement of opening of the plants on conversion:
1. In the appendix "Rates of Import Customs Duties on the Goods Imported into the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 22, 2003 No. 161 "About rates of customs duties on export-import transactions, the amount of the charges levied for customs clearance in the Azerbaijan Republic" of April 12, 2001 No. 80", in the 17th commodity group on goods item "1701 11 100 0" to replace the tariff charge with "15" tariff charge "0" and on goods item "1701 12 100 0" to replace the tariff charge with "15" tariff charge "0".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
