About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Voluntary Fire Protection"

Bring in the Federal Law of May 6, 2011 No. 100-FZ "About voluntary fire protection" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 19, Art. 2717; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4360) following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:
"3) voluntary fire team - the territorial or object subdivision of voluntary fire protection which is taking part in prevention of the fires and (or) the participation in suppression of the fires and carrying out wrecking equipped with emergency firefighting equipment, fire motor-pumps and which is not armed fire trucks and the fires of technical means adapted for suppression;
4) voluntary fire brigade - the territorial or object subdivision of voluntary fire protection which is taking part in prevention of the fires and (or) participation in suppression of the fires and carrying out wrecking and equipped with the fire truck and (or) technical means adapted for suppression of the fires;";
b) add with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:
"7) participation in suppression of the fires and carrying out wrecking - activities of voluntary firefighters for prevention of possibility of further spread of fire and creation of conditions for its liquidation by the available forces and means;
8) participation in prevention of the fires - activities of voluntary firefighters for realization of the preventive measures directed to exception of possibility of the fires and restriction of their effects.";
2) in Article 5:
a) to add the name after the word of "firefighters" with words ", workers of voluntary fire protection";
b) after the word of "firefighters" to add with words ", workers of voluntary fire protection";
