About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045 "Some questions of payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 148) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2017.

1. In paragraph three of Item 2 of the resolution to replace the word "March" with the word "April".
2. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions approved by the specified resolution:

This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget of Minsotspolitiki for payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions I-IV of level of accreditation who study on day form according to the state order (further - budgetary funds), namely:
to students, except students on specialties of industry of knowledge "Public administration" or in "Public management and administration" by request of National civil service (further - students);
to cadets of not military higher educational institutions of civil aviation, sea and river transport (further - cadets).";
