"concerning insurance companies - availability at the insurance company performing liability insurance under the contract, the excess of assets over assumed insurance bonds (exceeding of the actual size of margin of solvency over normative) calculated according to the procedure, established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation, and reflected in the reporting provided on the last reporting date to the Central bank of the Russian Federation.".
