Bring in the collection Payment procedure on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 1998 No. 1740 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 44, Art. 1632; 1999, No. 7, Art. 234, No. 34, Art. 1778; 2005, No. 13, Art. 668, No. 37, Art. 2284; 2013, No. 5, Art. 160; 2014, No. 54, Art. 1445; 2015, No. 44, the Art. 1378), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 1, 2016 No. 397
1. In paragraph one of Item 12 and Item 15 of the word "in divisions of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words "in territorial authorities on provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs".
2. In Item 14 of the word "Bodies of the State Traffic Inspectorate" shall be replaced with words "Territorial authorities on rendering services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs".
3. The paragraph one of Item 19 to state in the following edition:
"19. Authorized banks, other financial institutions and the national operator of mail service submit to the 20th following the accounting period to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine the report on charge (content) and payment of collection on compulsory national pension insurance when implementing transactions on purchase of foreign currency by physical persons in cash form according to appendix 1.".
