in the List of the ship's papers approved by the specified order:
add with Items 19 and 20 of the following content:
"19. The magazine of cargo operations (for the vessels transporting hazardous liquid substances in bulk).
20. The management plan liquidation of garbage (for each vessel with a gross tonnage of 100 register tons and more, for each vessel on which transportation of 15 people and more, for stationary and floating platforms is allowed).";
in Rules of maintaining the ship's papers approved by the specified order:
73, 74 and 75 to state Items in the following edition:
"73. Each transaction of dumping or complete burning, including dumping into the sea, on inshore reception facilities or on other vessel, it is necessary to write down in the Magazine and to sign with indication of date of burning or dumping by the responsible person of command structure. Each completed page of the Magazine shall be signed by the ship master.
74. Record of each burning or dumping shall include date and time, port or the name of the vessel (when dumping into port reception installations or on other vessels) or location of the vessel, category of garbage and expected quantity of the dumped or burned garbage.
