"1. In the period of the organization and holding the V Asian games the foreign citizens, stateless persons which signed in Turkmenistan the employment contract or the agreement of civil nature connected with the organization and (or) holding the V Asian games perform labor activity in the territory of Turkmenistan without the permission on implementation of labor activity, and without obligatory observance of the ratio determined by the legislation of Turkmenistan of the number of citizens of Turkmenistan and foreign citizens occupied the employer.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
