1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules about procedure for application of procedures of process of bankruptcy" of December 30, 1998 No. 865 the following changes and amendments:

in Rules about procedure for application of the procedures of process of bankruptcy approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 5.1.25 of the word "determined by the Law" shall be replaced with words also in figures "certain Article 99 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic";
