About entering of amendments into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After the word "production" to add the title and the text of article 280 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) with the words "or production".
Article 2. Add the Code with Article 280.1 of the following content:
"Article 280.1. Counterfeit or concealment of results of clinical trials of medicines
1. Counterfeit or concealment of results of clinical trials of medicines,
attracts imposing of penalty from the multiple size of minimum wage, thousandfold to one and a half thousand.
2. The act provided by part one of this Article if it on imprudence caused damage of average weight to health of the person,
attracts imposing of penalty, from the multiple size of minimum wage, thousandfold to one and a half thousand, or imprisonment for the term of not over three months.
3. The act provided by part one of this Article if it on imprudence caused heavy damage to health of the person,
attracts imposing of penalty from one and a half thousand of the thousandfold size of minimum wage, multiple to two, or imprisonment for the term of not over three years.
4. The act provided by part one of this Article if it on imprudence entailed the death of the person,
attracts imprisonment for the term of not over five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.
5. The act provided by part one of this Article if it on imprudence entailed the death of two or more persons,
attracts imprisonment for a period of two up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
