About modification of Rules of holding the auction on acquisition of right to the conclusion of the agreement of water use

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of holding the auction on acquisition of right to the conclusion of the agreement of water use approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 14, 2007 No. 230 "About the agreement of water use, the right to which conclusion is acquired at auction, and about holding the auction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 17, the Art. 2046).

Changes which are made to Rules of holding the auction on acquisition of right to the conclusion of the agreement of water use

1. State Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. Starting price of subject of auction is established in the amount of annual payment for use of water object according to the agreement of water use, proceeding from the established rates of payment for use of the water objects which are in federal property, property of the subject of the Russian Federation, property of municipalities.".

2. The offer second of Item 20 to state in the following edition: "Amount of deposit constitutes 100 percent of starting price of subject of auction.".

3. In Item 44:

a) the words "5 percent" shall be replaced with words "10 percent";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Participants of auction in case of holding the auction have the right to offer higher price of subject of auction equal or multiple to the size of "bid increment".".
