Article 1. After the word "329," to add part 5 of article 190 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further - the Code) with the word "329.1".
Article 2. To remove the word "political" from part 3 of article 329 of the Code.
Article 3. Add the Code with Article 329.1 of the following content:
"Article 329.1. Organization of illegal migration
1. The organization of finding of the foreign citizen or not having nationality of person in the Republic of Armenia or transit (transportation) across the territory of the Republic of Armenia in the mercenary purposes which was made with violation of the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia for entrance, stay or transit or submission of false documents or false data for receipt of proper permission for entrance, stay or transit
attracts infliction of penalty, from hundredfold to two hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for the maximum term three years.
2. The organization of departure from the Republic of Armenia, entrance to foreign state or stay in foreign state of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia, the foreign citizen who is constantly living in the Republic of Armenia or who does not have nationality of person in the mercenary purposes which was made with violation of the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia for departure, entrance or stay or submission of false documents or false data for receipt of proper permission for departure, entrance or stay
attracts infliction of penalty, from hundredfold to two hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for the maximum term three years.
3. Provided by part one or the second this Article of act which were made:
1) organization of illegal migration of two or more persons;
