"27. Applying provisions of part 8 of article 2 of the Federal Law of 30.12.2012 No. 302-FZ "About modification of Chapters 1, of 2, 3 and 4 parts one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation" (in the edition operating before entering of changes into it with article 3 of the Federal Law of 04.03.2013 No. 21-FZ) by consideration of disputes from lease agreements of real estate for the term of at least one year concluded on March 2 and 3, 2013 and which did not undergo state registration courts should be guided by the explanations containing in Item 14 of this resolution.".
