About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state the second paragraph of part 5 of article 200 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) in the following edition:
"Person giving commercial bribe is exempted from criminal liability if there was bribe racketing, and this person, before formation to the criminal prosecution authorities, known about bribery, but no later than in three-day term, reported about it to criminal prosecution authorities and promoted disclosure of crime.".
Article 2. To state part 4 of article 312 of the Code in the following edition:
"4. Person bribing is exempted from criminal liability if there was bribe racketing, and this person, before formation to the criminal prosecution authorities, known about bribery, but no later than in three-day term, reported about it to criminal prosecution authorities and promoted disclosure of crime.".
Article 3. To state part 4 of Article 312.1 and part 4 of article 312.2 of the Code in the following edition:
"4. "Person paying illegal compensation is exempted from criminal liability if there was racketing of illegal compensation, and this person, before formation known about payment of illegal compensation to criminal prosecution authorities, but no later than in three-day term, reported about it to criminal prosecution authorities and promoted disclosure of crime.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
