Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources, the Ministries of agrarian policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Ukraine, the Ukrainian academy of agrarian sciences of January 27, 2006 No. 18/15/21/11 "About the Procedure for normative money value of lands for agricultural purpose and settlements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 5, 2006 at No. 388/12262.
2. To provide to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. We reserve control of execution of this order.
