About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 30, 2013
Article 1. To state appendix 1 "Considerable, large and especially large sizes of drugs and psychotropic substances" of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further - the Code) in the following edition, according to Appendix 1.
Article 2. Add the Code with Appendix 5 "Large and especially large sizes of the plants prohibited to processing containing drugs and psychotropic substances" according to Appendix 2.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in two months after official publication.
