To state part 5 of article 311.1 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 in the following edition:
"5. In this Chapter persons, according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service" holding any position provided by the list of positions of public service or in the cases established by the law and procedure being in the corresponding reserve of personnel are considered as public employees.".
