About some questions of the organization of activities for anti-corruption
1. Abolish the Commission on coordination of activities of federal executive bodies, other state bodies on implementation of international treaties of the Russian Federation in the field of anti-corruption of presidium of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption.
2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 19, 2008 No. 815 "About measures for anti-corruption" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 21, Art. 2429; 2010, No. 27, Art. 3446; 2012, No. 32, Art. 4481; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1670) following changes:

consider paragraph two the paragraph third;
b) to state the subitem "b" of Item 7 in the following edition:
"b) the meeting of presidium of Council is conducted by the chairman of presidium of Council or the vice-chairman of presidium of Council;".
3. Bring in the structure of Organizing committee for preparation and carrying out in the Russian Federation the sixth session of the Conference of the State Parties of the Convention of the UN against corruption approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2012 No. 1713 "About Organizing committee for preparation and carrying out in the Russian Federation of the sixth session of the Conference of the State Parties of the Convention of the UN against corruption" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, of the Art. 7870), changes, having included in it Bad O. A. - the head of department of the President of the Russian Federation concerning anti-corruption and having excluded from it Dubik S. N.
